Welcome !  My name is Vanessa and my daughter's name is Miya. We are the founders Mummy e Me.
I am a Fashion Designer and a solo mum of a beautiful little princess named Miya. I have been a Fashion Designer for many Australian brands on the past, also had my own Bridal brand V. SOUZ Atelier when I lived in Hollywood and I was a Celebrity stylist for Australian Television prior to giving birth to Miya. After my baby's arrival I decided to start the brand Mimi Miya and Mummy e Me after noticing the lack of high quality and special girls clothing in Australia with Princess Couture inpired designs and also High end Mummy and Me matching clothing so we decided to make it all happen! As we love to match outfits when we can! 
 
As a mum and qualified fashion designer, I understand the importance of dressing our little ones in clothes that not only look stylish and adorable but are also comfy and functional. And I take quality and confort as a top priority when producing our Collections.

Mummy e Me designs are for mums who loves to match with their child or would love to match. Even if you have never done matching outfits before we encourage you to do it as it can help strengthen mum and child bond beyond the natural bond of mother and child , you two can become Besr Friends which is priceless and a wish a lot of us mums have. 
Matching mummy and me outfits will also create special memories together where you have fun together and enjoy time together in style. As you might have already noticed our kids loves to copy us in everything and seeing them matching with us makes them feel similar to Mummy and excited.

Our Designer History
Vanessa Souza is originally from Brazil but moved to Australia when she turned 18 to study Fashion Design. She has worked in Fashion in Hollywood LA for Designer Brian Lichtenberg and her own Couture Atelier V. SOUZ. Upon returning from the USA back to Sydney she has worked for a few Australian brands such as Teaberry, Pink Ruby, Honey & Beau, Romance, Charlie Brown, Suboo, Willow and others, working mostly on Womenswear designs from Resortwear to Ready to Wear to Couture Dress. Prior to having her baby she also developed a wardrobe for the tv presenters on Channel 75.
Vanessa had a difficult pregnancy, her doctors informed her it was a high-risk pregnancy that caused her to do bed rest for 3 months before giving birth. After the birth of Miya and becoming a single parent her priorities changed and her main focus became to put her passion for Fashion and Skills into starting Mimi Miya and Mummy e Me. She ensures each style, chose every fabric, ensuring only top quality is offered to her customers!
